If you decide you want to cancel your order, no problem we can cancel it if it has not already been shipped.


If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged the shipping. When  we receive the product back, your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping.


If you decide you want to return your item, you have 7 days starting from the day your order was delivered if you are in the UAE and 14 days starting from the day your order was delivered in any other part of the world. Returns should be unworn, undamaged and unused, in excellent condition with all tags and tickets still in place.

 


Refund Policy


The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product returned but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.


If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer.


Refunds will only be provided through bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.
Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned within the timescales specified, unworn and with all tags and tickets still in place.

 


Return or exchange of the product

 

If products are damaged in transit then the exchange proceeds within 2  business days from submission of the complaint but no order cancellation or return is accepted after the order is delivered. In the situation of damaged goods, customers can ask for an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website.

The customer has to provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.
